* Monthly salary: 13,500

Key responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer calls professionally.

* Understand customer queries and provide accurate assistance.

* Resolve queries according to approved SOPs and process guidelines.

* Maintain accurate customer-interaction records.

* Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate team.

* Meet defined attendance, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.

* Maintain confidentiality and comply with data-security requirements.

Candidate requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Minimum one year of experience in inbound voice, customer support, customer service, BPO or call-centre operations.

* Good Hindi communication and basic English communication skills.

* Strong listening and customer-handling ability.

* Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.

* Willingness to work from the Noida office.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
