Job Overview & Terms

• Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice & Non-Voice)
• Location: Noida (On-site)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
• Incentive / Bonus: Applicable after completion of the probation period
• Cab Facility: Not available
• Required Languages: Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English (Spoken & Written)

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Handle inbound calls, product support, troubleshooting, and complaint registration.
• Provide after-sales service and support for products under warranty.
• Manage customer queries across voice and non-voice channels (email, chat, CRM).
• Maintain accuracy in documentation, follow SOPs, and adhere to contact center quality metrics.
• Requirements: 12 years of experience in a customer support/call center role preferred; strong communication skills, patience, and basic proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
