We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required timeline.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or supervisor.

Candidate Profile:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
