Position Details

• Role: Consultant / Sr. Consultant Customer Support (International Non-Voice)
• Location: IntouchCX, 92/1 B, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore
• Shift Timings: Rotational Night Shifts
• Perks: 2-way Cab Facility + Food
• Compensation: 16,000 24,000 per month
• Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (Words Per Minute) with 80% accuracy and above

Interview Details

• Date: 12th Sept ( No interviews on saturday and sundays)
• Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Venue: IntouchCX, 92/1 B, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore

What to Expect During the Interview

1. HR Round: Discussion regarding culture fitment, shift flexibility, and salary expectations.
2. Assessment Round: Typing test and evaluation of English language proficiency (written/comprehension).
3. Operations Round: Operational discussion with the management team regarding job duties and scenarios.

• Cool-off Period: If you have attended an interview with IntouchCX in the last 2 weeks, you are eligible to reapply only after 1 month.
