Walk-in || Customer Support Representative

Job highlights

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and sales documentation

• Handle customer enquiries, prepare sales documents, coordinate with multiple teams, track orders, and generate sales reports

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.

• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices and sales documents.

• Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders and order confirmations.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Accounts and Logistics teams.

• Track customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery schedules.

• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.

• Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer requirements.

• Update customer and sales information in ERP/CRM/Excel.

• Support the sales team with documentation and day-to-day coordination.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order execution.

• Provide after-sales coordination and customer support when required.
