Walk-in || Customer Support Representative/Teammate

We are hosting a Walk-in Interview for dynamic candidates to join our International Voice Process. If you have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service, walk in directly for an interview!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries via voice calls.
• Provide effective solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with process guidelines.
• Adapt to dynamic operational demands and shift environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory).
• Education: Both Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Shifts: Must be flexible with Rotational Shifts (including night shifts) and Rotational Week-offs.
