Walk-in || Desktop Support Engineer 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting at client locations.
• Visit client sites for installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic networking devices.
• Handle user support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets, service reports, and technical activities.
• Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Knowledge of hardware installation and configuration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations for field visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate :

• Candidates with experience in onsite IT support and field visits.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different client locations.
