Role & responsibilities
Provide technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Set up desktop hardware and install software/OS updates
Assist with installation of computer software and operating system updates
Preferred candidate profile
1-2 years of experience in desktop support or related field (Mandatory)
Experience in Ubuntu (Mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
Proficient in computer operating systems like Mac, Linux, and Windows
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
