Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues such as LAN configuration, WiFi connectivity, and PC assembling.
- Install operating systems (OS) on new devices and perform Windows installations as needed.
- Configure Outlook email clients and resolve any related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including software updates and virus scans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in Desktop Support Engineering with a strong background in B.Tech Computers or equivalent degree.
- Proficiency in installing OSes like Windows; knowledge of printer support is essential.
- Strong understanding of LAN configuration and troubleshooting; ability to work with VAN networks preferred.
