Walk-in || Diagnostics Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Welcome, greet, and direct visitors, clients, or patients to the appropriate department with a professional attitude.

• Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages or routing inquiries.

• Front Desk Operations: Manage the inward/outward courier services, maintain visitor logs, and organize incoming mail.

• Admin Support: Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate basic office supplies and inventory.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Telugu].

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsing.
