Walk-in || Digital Experience Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-oriented and target-driven professional to assist customers with the Axis Direct account opening and digital onboarding process. The role involves guiding customers telephonically, resolving queries, promoting awareness of the platform, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide customers telephonically through the Axis Direct account opening process.
• Assist customers in completing the digital onboarding journey and resolving related queries.
• Achieve assigned business and performance targets.
• Educate customers about the Axis Direct platform, products, services, and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
• Explain the latest offers, schemes, and product benefits to DIY (Do-It-Yourself) customers.
• Maintain clear, transparent, and professional communication throughout the onboarding journey.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and deliver a smooth, positive customer experience.
• Make customer calls for approximately 45 hours daily to assist with the Axis Direct account opening and digital onboarding process.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Fresher Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with telephonic interactions and digital platforms.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and assist customers patiently.
