Hiring for Banking Process (Domestic BPO | Voice Process)

Position: Customer Service Executive - Banking Process (Domestic BPO)

Job Location - Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking-related queries.
• Assist customers with account information, transactions, banking products, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is Mandatory (Any Stream).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Off.
• Rotational Shifts.
• One-Side Cab Facility available during odd hours/night shifts as per company policy.

Salary Package

Freshers

• Salary: 14,500 - 15,500 per month

Experienced Candidates

• Salary: 16,500 - 17,500 per month (Experience in BPO/Call Center/Customer Service preferred)
