Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to emails, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
• • Handle customer credit data • Check disputed accounts & inquiries • Verify and update information • Analyze data using system tools • Email handling & backend processing

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in email process management software applications such as Zendesk or similar tools.
• Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of BFSI experience
Good Email Handling skills
Basic to good MS Excel knowledge
Good communication & analytical skills
Experience in backend/operations/customer service preferred
