Walk-in || Executive Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Maintain complex schedules, prioritize meeting requests, and resolve conflicts with sound judgment.
• Communication Gatekeeping: Screen incoming calls, manage email correspondence, draft memos, and act as the primary point of contact.
• Travel & Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and ground transport.
• Expense & Record Management: Process and reconcile expense reports, track budgets, and maintain secure filing systems.
• Meeting & Event Prep: Draft meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, set up conference technology, and coordinate corporate events or offsite retreats.
• Project Support: Conduct background research, compile data, and assist with special ad-hoc projects or presentations
