Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, and official correspondence for senior management.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, MIS, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
• Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
• Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, projects, and action items.
• Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership in day-to-day activities.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely dissemination of relevant information.
• Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and other executive support functions as required.
• Ensure efficient office operations and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
