What they need
- Qualification: Graduation
- Eligibility: Graduation is mandatory. Candidates currently pursuing their studies or without a completed degree are not eligible to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in day-to-day tasks, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Attend meetings and follow up on all action points until closure.
- Maintain task status, records, and updates accurately in Excel.
- Provide regular updates to the Director on pending and completed tasks.
- Be willing to travel to Thane whenever required for official work.
- Duty Time: 8.30 to 5.30 pm
