Role & responsibilities

Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients through NSE/BSE trading terminals, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Proactively engage with clients through daily calls and interactions to increase trading activity, client engagement and revenue.

Ensure regular client trading and drive higher trade volumes and frequency through effective relationship management.

Conduct regular client meetings to understand investment requirements, portfolio objectives and trading needs.

Provide clients with relevant market updates, investment insights and trading guidance in line with approved research and compliance guidelines.

Drive new client acquisition and activation, with a focus on building a strong and productive client base.

Develop new clients generating minimum net brokerage of 1K per client, as per business targets.

Drive distribution revenue through wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs and other approved investment products.

Identify opportunities to increase client revenue, brokerage and cross-sell potential across trading and distribution products.

Monitor client exposure limits, trading activity and account-related requirements to ensure appropriate risk controls.

Address and resolve client queries related to markets, trading, investments, products and account services within defined TATs.

Ensure all client interactions, order execution and business activities are conducted in accordance with the Compliance and Risk Management framework.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, business generated and other required MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Having NISM VIII with relevant experience in Brokerage generation, trading etc.
