Walk-in || Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Export Documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, COO, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Banks, and Customers for smooth export shipments.
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Advance Payment, DP/DA, and other export payment documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and customers as per agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, finance, and sales teams for shipment execution.
• Track Export Orders, Shipment Status, ETD/ETA, Container Details, and Delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI/FEMA, GST, and other applicable export regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation.
• Support e-BRC, LUT, RoDTEP, IGST refund, and other export-related processes.
• Identify documentation discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
• Prepare regular export MIS and shipment reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Export Documentation & Procedures
• Good understanding of Shipping & Logistics
• Knowledge of Customs, DGFT, GST & FEMA
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / ERP
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Education

Graduate in Commerce / Management / International Business / Logistics or related field.
Certification in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage.
