Role & responsibilities:

• Promote Zesty Vibe products and communicate key product benefits to customers.
• Conduct on-ground brand promotion and marketing activities.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, corporate activations, society activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with customers and generate awareness about Zesty Vibe's products.
• Support product demonstrations, sampling, and customer acquisition activities.
• Visit retail outlets, societies, corporate locations, and other assigned locations for promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily activity reports and provide updates on promotional activities.
• Support the execution of BTL marketing initiatives and local brand activation programs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the Zesty Vibe brand professionally.
• Achieve assigned activity, lead-generation, and customer-engagement targets.

Required Skills:

• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to engage with different customer groups.
• Proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally as required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, Wellness, Food, BTL Marketing, Brand Promotion, Field Marketing, or Customer Engagement will be preferred.

Experience:

• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in Marketing, Brand Promotion, FMCG, and Field Marketing may also apply.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Candidates from Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or related backgrounds will be preferred.
