• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain visitor records and front office documentation
• Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and support
• Handle emails, correspondence, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times

What Were Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 05 years of experience in Reception / Front Office / Administration
• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
