Job Description

We are looking for hands-on Full Stack Developers with strong experience in Python and exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI to join our engineering team in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently working across the frontend, backend, cloud, and AI stack and delivering production-grade AI features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable full-stack applications using React/Next.js/TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and Python/FastAPI.
• Design and implement production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build RAG pipelines, including embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and vector search.
• Implement function/tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, evaluation, and cost optimization.
• Develop agentic workflows using LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/Semantic Kernel and MCP.
• Implement agent orchestration, memory/state management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and asynchronous/event-driven services.
• Deploy and monitor applications on Azure or AWS.
• Implement Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Follow enterprise standards for security, authentication, authorization, PII protection, secrets management, and audit logging.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements analysis and development to deployment and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, clients, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
