Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for directing & Supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximisation & realization of sales Targets through retail media clients

• Team Player, Team Management & Build Team across Karnataka for Retail Media

• Providing Guidance, Training & Mentorship to Team

• Business to Business Sales Skill, Concept Selling

• Good Rapo with Retail Clients by providing good post sales service

• To achieve the set targets by company

• Handling & Managing retail clients.

• Achieving the targets of media sales assigned to them periodically.

• Handling the corporate media clients.

• Handling the media agencies for business procurement.

• Handling the media clients from banking, FMCG, Agriculture sectors.

• Client servicing.

• Media Sales for acquiring New Clients for Branding/Sustenance campaigns.

• Handle complete sales cycle end to end, from Lead Generation to Sales Closure.

• Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the region assigned to them.

• Meeting/Coordinating/Guiding the Key account managers to plan and implement objectives of achieving sales.

• Holding daily/weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training.

• Implementing all the task and reporting duties assigned to them .This include the Daily Activity Reports ,Market Intelligence Reports, Competition Tracking report.

• New Business Development; New brands on board.

• Track Advertisement Campaigns, Presentations 15. Collections and Reports.
