About the Role:
Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging graphics that drive property sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media posts, emailers, and digital ads for real estate projects.
• Create brand-specific visuals for campaigns, property launches, and promotional events.
• Develop digital creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and website banners
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project goals and deliver effective visuals.
• Ensure all creatives align with the brands visual identity and real estate aesthetics.
• Edit and enhance property images, walkthroughs, and renders for presentations.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and digital agencies when required.
• Stay updated with design trends in real estate, architecture, and digital marketing.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
• Experience in social media design and digital ad creatives
• Good knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred)
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
