Walk-in || Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist patients and attendants with information regarding hospital services, departments, facilities, and processes.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to resolve patient/attendant concerns.
• Support patient registration, appointment, admission, discharge, and other front-office processes as required.
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication between patients, attendants, and hospital teams.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Conduct regular rounds of designated areas to identify and address guest service-related concerns.
• Assist VIP patients, corporate patients, and special guests as required.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and service etiquette at all times.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and contribute to improving the overall guest experience.
