Walk-in || Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking an detail-oriented system design engineer for design and

development activities of our product line (EV tech - Motor Controller, BMS,

Display, Sensor, Lights etc). The following would be the main responsibilities:

1. Hands on experience in system hardware design- Battery-BMS, Cluster/Display

etc.

2. Implement protection strategy against Heat, interference, EMI/ESD in the PCB

design

3. Hands on Experience in circuit design & simultaion, schematic design, PCB

layout, and Arduino coding.

4. Experience in circuit design calculations, Power electronics, and DFMEA.

5. Experience in designing analogue, digital circuits and micro controller based

circuits.

6. Collaborating with software engineers to ensure software compatibility and

integration with the hardware components

7. Knowledge of electronics design calculation, Thermal calculations and

components selections, BOM prepration, VA/VE.

8. Knowledge on product testing & validation as per automotive standards.

9. Experience in handling the reverse engineering projects

10. Hands-on experience in testing Embedded hardware boards and system level

functionalities

11. Prepare Design Verification and Product Validation plans.

12. Resolve issues in mass production of the design and manufacturing assembly

line.

13. Knowledge of Eagle and LtSpice is a plus point

14. Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in technology and design

trends.
