HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee documentation, HR activities, and day-to-day employee coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.

• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance details.

• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports using MS Excel and MS Word.

• Handle employee queries and coordinate with management.

• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.

• Assist in general HR and administrative activities.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only.

• Any Graduate / MBA HR or equivalent qualification.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good typing and documentation skills.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

• Should be responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work on time.
