Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).
• Coordinate with employees to schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment process.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain HRIS system accuracy by updating employee data regularly.
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
