Walk-in || HR Recruiter

We are looking for MBA/PGDM HR freshers who are passionate about building a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
• Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives.

Skills Required

• MBA/PGDM in HR Freshers welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
• Strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
