Walk-in || Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee attendance, leave & HR records
• Handle employee queries and grievances
• Coordinate joining and exit formalities
• Support payroll processing and monthly HR inputs
• Maintain employee documentation and HR reports
• Implement company HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement activities

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
• Strong organizational and employee-handling skills
• Prior experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred
