About the Role:

Niveshartha is looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage and execute the complete HR lifecycle end-to-end, while building structured HR processes and a professional, high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records and HRMS.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
• Manage KRA/KPI, performance reviews, probation and PIP processes.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.
• Manage statutory and employment compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity and applicable labour laws.
• Conduct exit interviews, clearance and full & final settlement.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports and workforce analytics for management.
• Work closely with leadership on manpower planning, organisational development and HR strategy.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and ownership.
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in BFSI/Fintech/Financial Services will be an advantage.
