Preferred Candidate

• 2 years to 4 years experience in Human Resources or related role
• Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, MBA, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Interested in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition / Employee Relations / HR Operations
• Good spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Comfortable with employee onboarding and documentation procedures
• Can work from Noida, Sector 16
• Available for 5.5 days working
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Roles and Responsblities

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation processes for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR database systems.
• Address employee grievances and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Support the HR team in executing performance management and compliance processes.
