Candidate Expectation:

• Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience with Non-IT or IT Hiring experience.
• Non-IT or IT Hiring experience is must
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter in Non IT or IT similar role
• Solid verbal, written communication skills and sound judgement.

Job Description:

• Responsible for End-to-End sourcing and Recruitment for Non-IT requirements.
• Fulfil large number of staffing requirements across Domains, Function and Industry.
• Used platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster to source and advertise openings.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms).
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
