Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance, and HRMS.
• Coordinate payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Plan training, development, and performance appraisal programs.
• Chennai location

Qualification
