Walk-in || Inside Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries through phone calls and digital channels.
• Understand patients concerns and coordinate their consultations.
• Explain treatment plans, pricing and payment options.
• Convert consultations/enquiries into treatment enrollments.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective patients.
• Handle patient questions empathetically and professionally.
• Coordinate appointments with QI Spine clinics.
• Maintain accurate patient/customer records.
• Prepare daily counselling, conversion and sales reports.
• Work toward conversion and revenue targets.
