Walk-in || Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

Satguru IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to generate B2B leads, connect with corporate clients, understand their IT requirements and create qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and online research.

• Target companies such as factories, corporates, schools, hospitals, hotels, warehouses and IT companies.

• Contact IT Managers, Admin Managers, Purchase Managers, HR/Admin Heads and Business Owners.

• Understand customer requirements for IT products and services.

• Promote and generate enquiries for:

• Laptops & Desktops

• Microsoft 365 & Software Licensing

• CCTV & Surveillance Solutions

• Networking & Wi-Fi Solutions

• Printers & Peripherals

• Servers, NAS & Storage

• Antivirus & Cybersecurity

• Cloud & IT Support Services

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.

• Maintain customer/lead information and sales pipeline in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve assigned daily calling, lead, meeting and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Vendor and Operations teams for customer requirements.

• Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
