Int CAD packaging

• Perform 3D packaging studies, integration, and clearance analysis for EE modules, sensors, controllers.
• Design mounting brackets, plastic channel in CATIA V5
• Knowledge of 4D manufacturing (DFM), documentation readiness and assembly feasibility.
• Create and manage production-ready 2D drawings, application of GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Structure Bills of Materials (BOM), assign part numbers, and handle data release, revisions, and baselines in PLM platforms
• DMU issue closure
• Information fitment drawing creation
• ECU Software release activity
• EMI & EMC knowledge
