Job Description

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in the banking/financial services industry to join our International Banking Backend Process**.**

The role involves handling backend banking operations, processing transactions and requests, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle backend processing for international banking operations.
• Process banking transactions and customer requests accurately and within defined timelines.
• Verify and validate banking-related documents and information.
• Follow banking policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction/process-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services is mandatory.
• Freshers are NOT eligible for this position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and processes.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with MS Office/tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
