What they need
- System uptime - run pre-shift checks so every seat is calling-ready before hours start, and resolve hardware/software issues as they come up through the day.
- Onboarding issue laptop/headset and create dialer/CRM login for every new joiner, logged in the Asset Register.
- Exit clearance — verify returned IT assets against the register and issue the IT NOC — one of the two gates HR needs before releasing an employee.
- Network & dialer — resolve LAN/Wi-Fi/internet issues and coordinate with the network vendor/ dialer vendor on data or technical changes.
- Security & compliance — pull CCTV footage for HR/management on request.
- Day close — shut down all systems at end of day and report IT status.
- Asset management
- Manage asset issues on the floor
- Call recording downloads
- Hourly call log monitoring – Call duration, pause and active timings
- From initiating the system to logging it off.
- Projector management/assembling/disassembling
