Walk-in || It Recruiter

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract, and Permanent IT positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and onboard top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and joining timelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports in ATS and internal systems.
• Meet recruitment targets, submission goals, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent positions.
• Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
