Job Description: Java Backend Developer
Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain Microservices-based applications.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and implement best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+)
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
• Experience in developing REST APIs
• Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of security standards such as OAuth2, JWT
• Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB
