Designation/Role: Java Developer
Experience- 6+ years
Location - (Pune - Hybrid)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Core Skills: Java (latest versions) experience with migrating legacy systems to the cloud, micro services, SpringBoot, OCP, SQL (Postgres)
- Additional Expertise: Event streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS), Spring Framework, performance and integration testing experience.
- Preferred Attributes: SRE mindset, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive approach to innovation and best practices
Qualifications:
- A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong planning and organizational skill.
