Job Summary:

ICRA Analytics is looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developers and Java Backend Developers to join our growing technology team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based application development, microservices architecture, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize microservices-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

For Java Full Stack Developers:

• Java 8/11/17
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Microservices Architecture
• REST APIs
• Angular/React (any modern frontend framework)
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• SQL (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Git, Maven, Jenkins
• Docker/Kubernetes (preferred)

For Java Backend Developers:

• Strong Core Java knowledge
• Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Microservices Development
• RESTful Services
• SQL & Database Design
• Kafka/RabbitMQ (preferred)
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Financial services/domain experience is an added advantage.
