We are hiring an experienced Java Lead – Banking Domain to work on enterprise-scale applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, technical design, and banking domain applications, along with the ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and implement Microservices architecture.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution and architecture design.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Guide development teams on technical implementation and best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience in Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture.
• Banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing REST APIs.
• Strong technical design and architecture understanding.
