Walk-in || Java Technical Lead, Training & Development

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead Training & Development with 3-4 years of experience in Java development and technical training. The candidate will lead technical learning initiatives, mentor team members, and provide hands-on guidance in Java and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers in Java and software development.
• Provide technical guidance on Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Plan and deliver technical training and upskilling programs.
• Develop technical materials, coding exercises, and practical assignments.
• Support developers in coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
• Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops.
• Identify skill gaps and implement suitable development programs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in Java development and/or technical training.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• B.E./B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, or related fields.
