Walk-in || Junior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day accounting and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Tamil, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and documentation.

• Assist with bank deposits, cheque processing, online banking, and reconciliation.

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense records.

• Perform data entry in accounting software and Excel.

• Support GST/TDS documentation and statutory record maintenance.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-up.

• Organize files and ensure accurate financial records.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Basic Microsoft Excel.

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.

• Familiarity with bank-related activities.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any accounting software is an added advantage.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and time management.
