Position: Data Entry Operator Fresher

Location: Mayapuri
Experience: Fresher / 01 Year
Qualification: Graduate / Any Relevant Qualification

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel and company systems.
2. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
3. Perform data validation, formatting, sorting, and filtering in Excel.
4. Work on VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other Excel formulas.
5. Handle large datasets and ensure accuracy and consistency of records.
6. Use Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Excel Filters for data analysis.
7. Cross-check data and identify discrepancies or errors.
8. Maintain proper records and organize files/documents systematically.
9. Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
10. Support the HR/Accounts/Operations team with Excel-based reports and other data-related tasks.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel
• Strong command of VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP
• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and work with large datasets
