Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes while ensuring coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and documentation.
• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Stay updated on coding changes and healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate claim processing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers with Life Science backgrounds:

• B.Sc. (Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, etc.)

• M.Sc. Life Sciences

• BPT, BOT, B.Pharm, M.Pharm

• CPC Certification Mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.

• Basic understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding concepts.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to healthcare processes.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred

• Active CPC Certification (AAPC).
• Internship or training in Medical Coding.
