Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of plastic injection moulding machines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in moulding processes.
• Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
• Reduce material wastage, rejection, cycle time and manpower dependency.
• Drive productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
