Role & responsibilities
hands-on experience administering Microsoft SQL Server in enterprise production environments.
Strong expertise in installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining SQL Server instances.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server Always On Availability Groups, Windows Server Failover Clustering, and Log Shipping.
Strong knowledge of backup, restore, recovery, point-in-time recovery, and database consistency validation.
Experience administering and supporting SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), and Analysis Services (SSAS).
Proficiency in performance monitoring and tuning, including query optimization, execution plans, indexing, statistics, blocking, deadlocks, and wait analysis.
