Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated NAPS Trainees to join our Service Department. The selected candidates will be trained in the repair, servicing, and maintenance of industrial electronic equipment, including control panels, drive systems, and PCB boards. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in industrial automation and electrical maintenance.

• Diagnose and repair industrial control panels. .
• Repair and test PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies.
• Assist in the maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Perform installation and commissioning activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and insulation testers.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare service reports and maintain repair records.
